Jackson is one active guy. He plays football, basketball and baseball, and says that one of his proudest moments has been making the travel team for both basketball and baseball. Jackson also loves collecting baseball and basketball cards, hanging out with his friends and attending different sporting events. He has participated in JDRF One Walk events as part of one of the top fundraising teams, as well as various research updates and support groups. Jackson is grateful for the love and support of his family, and is looking forward to coming to D.C. to talk about the importance of T1D research. “It’s not easy managing diabetes, and the more education and support to help those with T1D, as well as their families, the better.”
