Charlotte is very artistic—she likes singing, dancing, and listening to boy bands, but she especially likes abstract painting. She enjoys raising awareness about T1D, whether it’s through her annual JDRF One Walk team or speaking to her youth group. Charlotte and her family have also participated in clinical trials to help advance the T1D research and technology that have made an impact on the quality of Charlotte’s life. “Because of my continuous glucose monitor and insulin pump, I can sleep better, I am safer, and I am much healthier,” she said.
Charlotte’s dream is to go to Harvard Law School, be an attorney, and be a mom. She’s excited to be a Delegate so she can help kids with T1D have as much of a normal life as other kids!
