Sarina loves ice hockey, both playing it and watching it. She plays on two girls’ ice hockey teams. She also enjoys singing in a rock and roll band and in the high school choir. When Sarina grows up, she wants to be an endocrinologist because her pediatric endocrinologist inspired her, and she wants to help other children living with T1D.

Sarina was diagnosed with T1D when she was 8 years old. She wears a Tandem Mobi insulin pump. Sarina and her family love participating in the Breakthrough T1D Walk every year with their family and friends who always come out and support them.
