Stefanos was diagnosed just days before Halloween at the age of 5. Always a trooper, he was less afraid than his parents. His bravery has been unwavering from the start. He managed to leave the hospital just before all the Halloween festivities his family treasures. Still, they quickly realized that something as simple as candy had shifted their perspective on what was once a carefree life. Still, Stefanos faced it all with resilience and a positive attitude. A few years later, he was diagnosed with celiac disease, which further limited his food choices. Instead of being discouraged, he decided to create inspirational videos, sharing his journey of staying strong while living with type 1 diabetes and promoting healthy eating habits despite having celiac. His determination and spirit continue to inspire those around him.
